Are these wheels easy to repair? Just that mine has failed and the horn is operated by a plate on the lhs of the column, push it up with your knee to operate. It works but is certainly different. It's a T and T column. Sky blue in color.

It may be, but there's a gap between the two halves of the wheel. The current setup works although it's different with the knee-operated plate.

No, unfortunately, it's all the way round so we can presume it's a failed rim blow and the white plate you can see in the photo was created as replacement. Felt like maybe 5 mm gap? Doc would likely have one on his fleet.

Yes, same guy wants around 3000 for the cassette unit (untested) that sits on the transmission tunnel. Rare parts and ridiculous prices.

Tan Tilt tele 74-8?? 40

That T/T steering wheel was used from 70 to 74 and the other style from 75 to 78.
