The 313-4V was the Canadian answer to the "Power Pak" engine option. For me, this car's gotta lose that toilet seat on the decklid (NEVER a factory option), the fender skirts and requires the proper tail pipe, bumper mounted pieces instead of those turned down tips.

Wonder if the interior has been done in the unique Canadian trim or if it's been trimmed as a U.S. car.....
