I am having a hard time wiring my headlights. I have 4 conversion headlights that take the 9007 bulb and they come with an adapter wire. I have looked at schematics and moved the wires in accordance what I found online. The problem I am having now is...
When I turn on the headlights only with the headlight switch, it appears that the highbeam portion of the regular headlights illuminate. If I hit the switch on the floor for the highbeams, the regular lights dim (technically only the drivers side one, the passenger side stays brighter) and the Highbeams come on but look more like lowbeams. I am scratching my head on this one.
Its odd and i cant figure it out. Does anyone have the polarity or a description of how the headlight plugs are wired in the car? Its H5001 and h5006 to 9007 lamps.
Thank you!
