Side Moulding removement

Dear Gents ! I have to remove the mouldings under the door between the whellbases from my 300 chrysler 1970. Please give me a good idea how to remove without destroing any part involved ! Many thanks and best rgds

Somebody from the fusie camp will be along shortly I'm sure but my guess is that with the correct tool and a little gentle prying that they should pop free from the clips or that the clips should pop free from the body.

My '67 and '68 Chryslers have screws on the underside of the rocker panel, and once these are removed you bump the moulding upward gently so it unhooks from the clips holding the top edge.

If there are no attaching screws on the under side, you should be able to lift the moulding upward slightly against the spring end of the clip to unhook the top edge and pull it away from the vehicle just enough to clear the clips, then let the moulding drop down and off of the clips.
