2317 produced with the fastback body style.

a local buddy has a 69 Marauder X-100 with an n-code 429 thunderjet

I have seen a 63 in sweden. Not sure if it was an S55

That is nice. Looks good in red. I bet production numbers were very low too.

Me, my brother and my daughter with my 65 Marauder in 1979. Really nice car in outstanding condition. It had a 390 HP in it. Great once you got it moving, but take off was useless. It would smoke the tires nicely, but didn't want to go Zoom until lt hit about 40 or so. My 72 Chevy in the background had a souped up 454 in it.

that is funny. This car lives also in germany. It was bought in Florida back in 1994. My buddy has a browne one. There are at least four of them in germany. The red one is the only one which has the black out on the trunk as far as I remember

WTF AREN'T you guys taking from us?

you can keep the compacts :))

Look at the red Marauder, the front plate is a modern german one with the blue area to the left. The rest of the plate is white with black letters

A fellow Cougar club member had a very nice black 63 Marauder awhile back. In fact it was so nice that Ford asked him to bring the car to Southern California for when the reintroduction of the Marauder happened in 2003. Both his and the 2003 were featured with Parnelli Jones driving his car around the track. He drove one to victory in the 1963 Pikes Peak Hill Climb.
