I stopped by a guys shop today to get some body mouldings for my D440. And he has two 48 Dodge panels. A 58 Chevy & a trike he built from a rusted out VW Beatle & some motorcycle parts

Yea I saw that too. It's a VW rear & a pair of handle bars mounted. Looks like a grill made on the back. Crazy

That could be really interesting right above a magnesium engine block... don't let any grease fires get out of control...

Burns light wild fire it does, I was helping my Chemistry teacher set up a demonstration for another class and we used a thin strip of Magnesium like a wick to light some powder chemicals ( I think it was Thermite) in a crucible on sand in a metal pan. I got so hot it left a stain on the soapstone counter.
