Splash Guards

Hi, I was wondering if anyone out there could tell me how to install splash guards on my 65 fury ? They come with clips to fasten them but I got 2 large guards and 2 small ones ? I can’t figure out where the small ones go. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks catfish, I had no idea where the small ones went. Maybe I will put them on sometime between now and June ?
