Here's an interesting historic pic of the 58-59 Swiss touring car champion for cars over 3 liters Marcel G. Pretre, also happens to be a well known author of the 50s-60s. He used to have a contract to promote Chrysler products in Switzerland around 1957-1960, also appearing on some tracks in Germany as this hillclimb near Freiburg in 1959.

The front end of the car with the charateristic leather straps and bright lights survived as it was transplanted at some point to a 57 Fury export model with a 240 km/h speedo that was dragged off a junkyard a few years ago, but absolutely rotted away over 40 years in the woods. Dont know if I still have the link to the wreck, it broke in two or three pieces during the process, post it later if it turns up somewhere.
