I've rebuilt an early thermoquad and am having trouble with the accelerator pump nozzle. One side must be slightly clogged. The other has a solid stream. I've tested it off the carb as well. Clearly it's the nozzle and not a check valve thing. It wouldn't affect just one side anyways. So, any ideas on cleaning? I've got some small wire in there but it's tough to get any strong action. Currently soaking in boiling water. Tried soaking carb cleaner. Know where to get a new one? It seems to be a part you can only get by purchasing an entire "parts" carb off eBay.
