If he does not, then before proceeding any further I would double-check that the part number is the same. To do so, have a look at the parts manual. There is a huge PDF version online for 1970-1971 Mopars (if memory serves, it is available from MyMopar at MyMopar - Mopar Forums & Information - MyMopar Tools/Reference). The PDF file is huge and is not searchable.
