Tri-State Raceway in Iowa for sale

Located just outside Earlville,IA, about 1/2 hour west of Dubuque on Highway 20.
I believe it's the only all concrete NHRA sanctioned dragstrip in the country. Great facility. It's close to me so I consider it my home track. Very popular venue.
