Trim clips for front of my Newport

I need clips for the trim on the grille surround. Can they still be obtained? If not, does anyone have an alternative solution?

I was thinking along that line. Double sided Gorilla tape or Flex tape. Some strong adhesive type.

Yep, double sided automotive emblem tape will secure it.
