Typical water leakage areas on a Firesweep

I'm about to start the body work on my '57 Firesweep and have read about water leakage into the trunk and onto the the front floor. I want to make sure I address these areas and wonder in anyone could pinpoint the typical areas where the leakage might occur. I am guessing it is under the seam sealer that is applied in the channel underneath the short stainless trim pieces on each side of the windshield and rear window.

The windshield wiper pivots are a trouble area also. I think replacement seals & gaskets are avaliable.
