UCA Slant

I noticed, 5 minutes ago while installing the UCAs, that the end of them where the ball joint threads into the arm is on a slope. 66 Monaco, btw. Anyone know which way the slope should go per side? I dont see any indicators of R/L on the arms themselves.

Also, what do you guys use to loosen the nuts in the frame for the big bump stops, I cant get em out
