I thought I would let y'all know I will be selling my '63 Crown Coupe soon. Found our dream house but unfortunately there isn't room for all my projects and the Imperial is going up for sale in about two weeks. This is a 34,000 mile car (not documented, but definitely not 134,000) that is complete and surprisingly original and the stainless and chrome is near flawless. It has had one very good repaint. It runs, drives and stops. It will be an easy driver that the right person can tinker with over time while enjoying it.
I rebuilt the entire driveline to include the center support bearing, bracket and u-joints (thanks Damper Doctor!), removed the surface rust in the trunk, treated it, coated it with Hammerite and installed a new trunk lid seal. I restored the driver's door panel (it was a mess!) and Master window switch. I am currently refreshing the dash cluster and that's why I will need a few weeks to get that done. Again, thought I would give you a heads up before listing it online.
I will be listing it at $8,500 OBO.
