Hey guys:
It's time to get started rebuilding my '68 convertible that was damaged in a structure fire. At this point I am concentrating on the dash area and to a lesser extent the rest of the interior. I do not need nor have the budget for concours quality stuff, so "good used" is fine. Here is my list in order of importance:
A. Gauge cluster. I actually still have a good one, but the lens is melted, so at the very least I need a lens.
B. The instrument finish panel...the bright part facing the driver.
C. Upper dash pad. Blue is nice, no cracks is nice but I will be glad for what I can get.
D. Front bench seat.
I also need the rear seats and door panels. My interior is Medium blue but I'm not picky. Black would be fine until I restore it.
I am located in Huntsville Al and can travel reasonable distances on the weekends.
Thanks guys. I'll do a proper introduction as soon as I can get the car pulled out of the garage to take pics.
