Piece of cake with that car. Worst part was taking it easy on the clutch. 302 with a 3 speed on the floor. Trailer weighed in at 1500.

Wow,pretty light for an old travel trailer.I'm guessing late seventies vintage trailer? Here's something that I found in my searches. It's not Vintage, but would make a great towing trailer due to it's light weight and the size really fools you. It's called a Trailmanor.Check out this video......

Brings me back to the fifties travelling through New England.
Stopping in rest areas, sitting on benches under the pine trees eating tuna fish sandwiches and warm milk.
No **** perverts lurking behind the trees trying to hook up....

That's too funny. You should write for Hallmark!

I've been looking for a Spartan for a while now. Anything local is trashed, and all the good projects are far far away.

Found this in my searches, might help with your search.I love the Spartan Trailers too but I heard they were quite a bit heavy if your going to tow them

Love all those classic trailers! Would love to have and/or restore one.

Search the web.Places like your local craigslist have them available.Click into the section they have for RV's and go to the search box on the top of the page.Put in something like Airstream or even sometimes you can find vintage campers by just putting in a year, like 1970 and sometimes they will pop up.There are alot of interesting vintage campers out there, but remember, the more obscure, the harder they are to find parts if your looking to restore them to original, but some people just like to customize them and give them their own personal touch.

I like em all but that last one is really cool.

This is a homemade or customized one. I like the porch like an old rail road car

This idea occured to me when I found the one I posted and that one would work too although it woudn't be to safe but it would have been a blast sitting on the back porch as it was motoring down the road in some scenic countryside drinking a cold one while someone else was doing the chauffeuring
