In case you're not aware of it, a 65 Polara or Monaco would work also.

Based on the Parts book, it doesn't appear there was a separate number for regardless of body.

Isn't the dog leg the piece behind the rear door that forms the front of the rear wheel opening?

I'm sure you're right. I've also heard the lower front fender behind front wheel referred to as dog leg but in front of the rear wheel is more common. Train of thought, once again came off the tracks.
