What is this disk brake conversion?!?

Doing a preliminary brake check on my fury vip.

Can’t seem to find this conversion kit online, would like to know if anyone can find out or if they have one.

The car is new to me and it would be good to know what parts I have, to be able to replace in the future.

Looks like a single-piston caliper. Which could mean a 1972 or 1973 OEM front brake swap.

What about the master cyl and booster?

Might need to find a website which details the size and shape of the brake pad backing plates. That can yield an "industry number" for the brake pads, which can further define the possible model years and applications. Might do similar with the size of the caliper pistons.
