Will a 1965 413 bolt right into a 66 imperial without modification?

Hi All,

I plan to rebuild my 440 in the 66 imperial convertible in a few years. For now I have a nice running 413 in a 1965 NYer parts car. Will that bolt in without modifications? Typically I keep my cars stock, but want to enjoy this convertible this spring and rebuild the 440 when finances allow.

I am fairly certain that it will. Passenger side mounting ears are the same, and driver's side appears to have the ears in the correct position.
