Window Handle ?

So the handles in my sport fury are corroded up pretty bad. I removed the ones from the parts car and they are in great shape. On both sets the rollers are froze up. Has anyone had any luck freeing them up. I'm thinking about soaking the good ones in WD 40 but I don't want to damage them.

Any experience with this out there???

Thanks I'm gonna need this info also but my problem is with the grip on the handle.
