Window regulator slides

Morning all. While putting my 71 back together the driver side ( front and rear 1/4) were giving me grief. I pulled the window regulator from the door and I found 2 what appears to be broken guides. They look to me like they were maybe repaired / homemade because I cant find a like replacement. I have found all plastic guides but never with a metal sleeve. Was this rigged or am wrong and if so does anyone know where to find these ?
