Now that the winter months are in full gear, what are your plans for upgrades to your car?

I plan on dyno matting the floor, and installing a new carpet. Also upgrading the brake system, and rebuilding the carb. I am sure that will lead to a few other things also, aways does. Lets here yours?

When i get it back from the body shop. I wanna take a stab at fixing my radio

Radiator replace/recore (might have a line on a mint original for cheaper than recore), gas tank removal, clean and liner, fix the turn signal switch again, replace or have rebuilt the headlight switch and hopefully have the front seats gently restored.

Suspension work for me. My LCA bushings have dry-rotted and are essentially gone so I have to do it.:(

Turn this into something respectable, and drivable.

g, miles. Orig paint. Was undercoated when purchased new.

Send my radio to Gary T. to work his magic.
And move the car over to the girlfriend’s house. She had me at 3-stall heated garage.

For the most part just drive it.

I do have a list of things I'd like to get done, some discovered in the year or so of the initial shakedown.
1. The amp gauge died early, need to pull a lot to get at it.
2. Driver-side exhaust manifold has a crack, have one, need to paint and swap.
3. Get the CHP radio hooked up and working (receive only).
4. Restore the fire extinguisher.
5. Make a new dash bracket for the shotgun, needs to be a little more vertical.
6. One valve cover is leaking.
7. Left rear door isn't opening from outside.
8. Swap backup light switch.
9. Get AC working (and heater)
10. Swap out the passenger-side hood hinge.
11. Finish the restoration on the underside of the floor pans (about 2' section forward of the differential).
12. Build a 273 for my Barracuda (block and heads at the machine shop now)
