Thought I'd link this if anybody likes the Gymkhana videos. This is Ken Blocks latest Gymkhana video with his mildly modified 65 Mustang, the "Hoonicorn", version 2.0 going up hill. I think this version makes 1400 hp to all 4 wheels chugging methanol. I'd love to take a ride in it, but only on flat ground.

I would kill for a chance to ride shotgun with Ken Block. His videos are amazing.
I wish he would do one with a RWD car.

Watch him, yes. Ride with him, I'm not so sure. When you look at the different scenes, there were any where from 1 to a dozen takes at the various corners/obstacles, based on the rubber on the road. I wonder what kind of time he could get if he were to give it his best at the climb.

That would be a blast! I'd go along, knowing the chances of needing fresh drawers afterwards is very high.

The first few Gymkhana videos were shot with one practice lap before a full run, but I'm guessing these latest videos have a higher production value where the sponsors demand certain $ shots. There's a different video where they talk about taking a second go at the corner where he slides his back tires off into the dirt, which is exactly where this happened in 2012

Yeah, he was an incredible ambassador for car people, the car hobby, action sports, and enjoying life. I never got to meet him but have seen both the Hoonicorn and the Hoonitruck in person at work. Insane builds for a once in a lifetime driving talent.
