WANTED Wrap Around Wiring Clips

Hello. I am looking for the photo attached type of wiring clips. They are one piece, have two 1.25" arms, rubber coated for most of their arm length, have a 5/16 hole in the centre for attaching to the firewall with a screw and have a .75" flat spot where the hole is. Tried the usual list of suppliers but no luck. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

There are few in the dash too. Plumbers metal strapping and plastidip or flexseal in a can?

That is pretty much what I have decided to do. Just searching out the right metal gauge. Back to the "junk" pile of goodies!

Just finished making 4 from an old piece of thin gauge galvanized sheet. A fairly slow process, but successful. Dipped them in the liquid can of Plasti Dip. Still quicker than waiting for vendors to restock, whether they be the right size or not! Many thanks for the help and suggestions.
