Well I don't know if I became a better man .. but I was sure glad I didn't lose my head. He was only 17 or 18 at the time. I've always been pretty level headed but that one could have went another way. I could see he was sick about it and getting mad wouldn't change it. He was more important to me than that car and like I said I'm sure glad I don't have to live with a memory of making a big deal out of it.

We had great day and we were both looking forward to going on the trip and we did.

Not losing your head made you a better man, right?
