Hello.. what year disc brake setup will bolt on to my ‘67 New Yorker?

'69-73 C-Body. You will need to find a '68-70 Bendix booster as the larger diameter boosters used from '71-'73 won't fit your application.

I did it, fairly easy for a swap. Only complicated is you have Autopilot.
