Wollfen's 1971 Sport Fury GT !

just trying to desern the diffrence between the 5 and 7 blade...right ..wrong...mod?

The seven blade unit is the typical used for sure. The five blade unit is used on a different model of car but I intend to use the clutch off the front and use the original blades.

Very cool car! Is that your car and have we seen pictures of it?

no...mines ew1...this is one of the many fury pics lve saved over the last few years...remembered seeing it in my files but couldn't nail it down till today....
Was actually thinkin this may be Wolfens car durring better days
...missing area on stripe around door would be good id mark...cant tell if its a white interior and has the 1 smoothie on front drivers wheel....know of 2 green GTs for shure..this may be third...know this isn't the GT from Edmonton area as it has full set of the smoothies still with it

Looks good, but not my car, my stripe is intact plus this car has a black protector on the back, it must have had its rear bumper swapped out at some time. What green car has a full set of smoothies?

little insperation for ya...

A friend of mine bought some new Cooper radial tires for his Coronet recently. Within 3 weeks of purchase, the sidewalls were starting to show cracks in them! He called the dealer he bought them from and was told that unless you could slip a quarter into the cracks, they were safe to use, and that they would do nothing about the cracks he is seeing in such a short time. Needless to say, he isn't buying that brand anymore.

I received two offers on the 4 center caps package, neither above $200. Maybe things will change for Wolfen given his current tough circumstances and he will be able to make me an offer later. I will just hang on to them for awhile. I may eventually sell them on ebay if nothing else comes from this group.

What were the manufacture dates of the tires? Some dealers sell off old inventory.

That's interesting information, I had always thought Cooper was a quality American brand, have times changed for the company?

Yeah, until my wife is back on her feet I have to watch things for now, it can be frustrating but the car has to wait it's turn.
