1967 Chrysler Imperial 440-727 combo. Have up for sale, the 440 engine with a 727 transmission in excellent condition with low mileage, only 43,000 miles on it. It’s in a car and running, so I can demo it. I tree fell on my 1967 Chrysler imperial convertible, and most of the damage was towards the back of the car. This combination is excellent for somebody with a project car ,that would like a low mileage 440 and 727 transmission combo. The price is 5000 firm. Also have other Chrysler imperial convertible parts, from this car,if anybody is interested. Located on Long Island New York.

I recognize the gold painted bumperettes. Maybe we’ve seen this car pre-tragedy?

I had one of these, one of 577. Pretty rare and worth fixing..depending. I still have contact with the person I sold it to. I see the incorrect blue paint, is the engine original? I'd get a car cover to keep the water out or garage it. How many could be left? maybe 100?

The guy is asking $5K firm for just the engine and trans. That’s nuts!

It would be a fair price for the whole car.
