Was a 440 car. Dont kno what happened to motor. I bought it as a stalled project. Juat came back today from a 340 mile trip runs great

Wheres all the shiny stuff that belongs one it? The 68 300 personality is
gone

Well Dave,, in fairness to him he did list it as a "street rod"...
Probably should have been listed as - street machine - as rod infers
1949 and older....
And he did state "bought as a stalled project"..
So at least it is another one that has come back to life.... :)
I would agree from a purist point of view the 300 personality is missing..
The price does seem a tad optimistic but the poster will find that out soon enough...
It is a nice looking car..............

I like it and I think the asking price is in line with other C body convertibles.

Looks like a very nice car, beautiful paint and interior.

I know, I thought about that before I asked. A 68 300 has great trim features, removing them is removing the cars identity

Maybe its young guys but i think the trim makes the car look like an old grandpa beater...but hey the guy that pulled trim off was 64 at the time.
