61 Fury Restoration

My dad is going to weld the panels on the car . I am not doing that part. All I am doing is the block and air sanding on the car. I need to get a steering wheel cover for it but I do have a rule only clean hands touches that wheel if hands are filthy then do not touch.

Here is another photo I got trunk extensions for my car WP_20151125_007.jpg

You are very good at finding parts. When I search E-bay for parts for my 70 Imperial, I get 600,000 matches that say "also fits 70 Imperial". Do you offer lessons? :parts book:

I did some more work on the car I removed the trunk weather strip and I am sanding the area were it was at . Here are some photos of what has been done .WP_20151221_002.jpgWP_20151221_003.jpgWP_20151221_004.jpgWP_20151221_004.jpgWP_20151221_007.jpg

I just scrolled through all 13 pages of this. I love the progress that you have done on this. I can't wait to see more.

I work on the car on my off days from work. It gives me something to do. It also saved my dad a lot of work. I got to get my door w/s trunk card board , hood pad , clips I got to get the trunk mat but I might go with the carpet in the trunk instead of the mat , my gallon of black paint . Send my radio to have it converted to fm and jacks so I can listen to an i pod, mp3 or CDs . I have an extra radio to a 1961 fury that was tuned and lubricated by retired electrician that 1 will be sent in because that 1 works the 1 in my car does not work.
I will say this its really sad a lot of these forward look mopars ended up in the salvage yard or torched by the crusher.

Slowly getting there. Where did you get the trunk cardboard? I'm trying to find one for my 64 New Yorker
