My '66 Tpro had light rust underside. They media blasted the complete underside, did wheel wells, suspension, removed and did back of bumpers, rocker and wheel lip and painted chasis black for $1200 two years ago. They were so careful they removed the complete exhaust and reattached when done.

That's a really good deal. I called the dustless blaster guy here in FL to do the exterior of my 65, he wanted close to 2k over the phone, just the top side.
