I just saw this on Craigslist here in N.C. I don't know anything about it, but thought I would post it just in case anyone would be interested.
Now that hunting season is over, I am trying to get my own 1970 Plymouth Fury III ready to start showing it this summer

1968 Plymouth Fury lll ( 3 ) original NC 30k miles / 383 stroker -FIRM

1968 Plymouth Fury 3. I've owned it for many years and love it to death but never get to drive it. I built a 383 striker a couple of years ago. It's had 1 respray 3 years ago original white color but otherwise its stock. More pics available through text. 33k miles on the car and 800 on the motor. Runs and drives. Titled and tagged. Clean NC title in hand.

He says he built the 383 striker. I wonder what he struck it out to.

thanks 300rag .. i was about the press the button. :) now the car pics for posterity .. no, no interior shots in the ad.

It's ok on other sites but we're a bunch of grumpy old men in hats, for the most part, and can get persnickerty about minor things.

The 'grumpy old man with a hat' is a new level that starts at 20,000 posts. You're almost there.......again.

ROFL. I will try and keep that in mind next time. Thank you for teaching this new pup the ins and outs of posting. LOL

Dang, I have a lot of post to go before I get to that level. And I really wanted that hat too. LOL

What's with the Zebra stripes on the inner fender? Is there a purpose I'm unaware of?

I was driving my dad's Satellite one day (to the local Kroger of all places), and a fairly nice gentleman came up and proclaimed "Nice Plymouth!" I proceeded to talk with him and show him the car. He was amazed at how original and in good shape it was. He claimed to be a MOPAR guy. I enjoyed our talk until we got to the engine bay. He asked me what size engine was in it. I told him "it's a 383". He then proceeded to give me a five minute lecture on how it's actually a small block stroker and not, as I put it, a big block MOPAR. I laughed at his face.
Sorry to distract from the thread at hand. :)

I love those 1967 Satellites. I had one almost exactly like yours (mine was light yellow with black vinyl top and interior) when I was younger. It was really well built. Mine had a mighty 318, but I drove it for years. I remember when travelling through Las Vegas with it when it was 115F outside, I had the a/c on low blower and was comfortable. One of my best cars ever. I understand your enthusiasm.

Like the 67 Dodge and Plymouth best of all the b-bodies.

It does kinda suck the way us older guys sometimes underestimate you younger guys... and don't we all make that mistake with so many women... I really get a kick out of watching a nice lady or young man school a "know it all". I'm not perfect, but I do try to shut my mouth in person and listen to what others have to say... I don't often correct and find myself impressed and learning stuff much of the time.

There is a 70 Fury III 4 DR with 383 bulge hood 383 emblems. It is Copper with Black top and interior Police rims. 70,000 miles on carsforsale.com for 3,000 or best offer its has some rust but it still looks nice runs drives great
