There is a story somewhere. That is an awesome car!

Coolest cars always come up at the worst time.

I remember reading about this build a while ago. What a fantastic sleeper! Hope it goes to a good home!

I think it might be worth $59,999! I'd rather have Butch's Fury than some Road Runner clone or a half baked E body! I love it!

I have a hard time believing it was offered at that price for real. The guy who bought it from Butch was on here when bought it, maybe he'll chime in.
But maybe, I had a friend almost have to give away a turbo 340 Challenger. Sometimes an awesome car is just too unique to own

Not surprised it sold fast. Let's hope it remains intact and the drivetrain isn't harvested for a B or E body project. (Not that I don't like B and E bodies. They just got too expensive!)

Or it gets tossed around as some rich boys toy, (or ends up in the tire roasting pit at the meets)
(edit) Also it's a built 472 motor so mab'be some of the reliability of the 426 is gone...

Do you know what CID it started life as? Could be a crate engine that has a virgin bore.
