I'll pass. I'm not a fan of Nor Cal. It's nice to visit but the Greater LA Area is home.
 
Monthly mortgage payment of $70,000. If all of us on FCBO bought it together we probably still couldn't make the payment. Single family, 6 bedrooms , 11 bath. Who the hell needs 11 baths???
 
If you moved the staircase to the right this would look just like the foyer of the "Clampett Mansion"

11 baths and six bedrooms? the math is upside down.
 
You know the old saying if you have to ask the price you can't afford it. I can't even fathom the wealth required to carry a property like that. I have a hard time with the property taxes on my raised ranch with cramped 1 car garage.

Fred I'd love to be filthy rich and be able pay the taxes and upkeep but I can't really fathom that kind of wealth either

Sometimes it's just because you always wanted it. I wonder more why it is for sale? I think I know the answer, because that is a massive life time collection. Guys that collect that much, never let go.

I find that type of wretched excess to be morally wrong in a hundred different ways.
And don't give me the bullchit that he earned it so he can spend it anyway he wants.
If he spends it any way he wants, AND, that is the result of his way of spending it, he is tilting towards windmills and chasing an illusion that oppulence will get him a bigger dick and therefor unlimited sex to make up for his insecurities.
