Hope this is not a repost. Not mine. Late build. I see A/C vents, cornering lights, and fender repeaters:

I love it.
Someone will complain about the chrome trim on the front but it won't be me.

I love that car, except for the garish trim on the front. If it were a Monaco, I would be intererested. I would remove the front trim though. Sorry Stan.

If I didn't already have two cars in my garage I'd be all over this one.
I'd drive it as-is (until I collect the standard front trim)

I am surprised no one slammed the vinyl roof. Mine has it too.

12,000.00 starting bid , things are going or trying to go up with the C bodies

I love the Spring Special Polara's and this one looks spotless. I love it.

I looked at history so I am not sure but it is a base car and at 12K starting bid he is not going to get that starting bid. Ordinary full size cars rarely, and if they do, then slowly appreciate on the order of less than 10% a year if that. I'd offer half the starting bid.

I beg to differ. At $6k, assuming the car is what the seller says it is, it’d be a steal. Rare and good looking color, plus the car has some (to me) desirable coupe options including BB, working A/C, fender signal repeaters (love those), and cornering lights. As a benchmark (again, assuming the car is what is claimed):

That's the difference between getting emotional about a car and not. I never do. I stay practical as the car salesman found out this afternoon when he got grilled. So I don't see anything that rationally justifies his asking price. Cornering lights and signal repeaters are nothing special. My Mustang has them incredibly but doesn't change the value. My Park Lane has big block and cornering lights but still isn't worth that much despite the lights.
