$4500 for this as well as the 66 Fury in Phoenix. :realcrazy: And Stan can't even get an offer around 7G's for a nice car that needs nothing but a new driver. :BangHead:

Can anybody wonder why I think the entire world is flukked up? Seriously.... :BangHead:

More like Super Command-don,t.Geez.What happened,it looked like the carb. was stolen when car ran out of gas along the side of the road at the beach. Then it got towed home and just sat for,i don,t know,40 years.heh.B.B

My point was you didn't even get a lower offer on your $7900 asking price. I wasn't very clear on that.

This is at max a $750 parts car. There were some PM43 cruisers built on the Fury 3 platform, nearly always 4dr sedans. Special order tag and the police prefix K on the order code appears to be for the 140 mph speedo, max cool and not much else in the way of a cruiser package. Cruisers usually had the the front door chrome removed to apply police decals and there is no spotlight or antenna mounts evident. Guessing this car was a detective unit or some other low profile use. Might also have been a security co car. Looks to have the carb off to put diesel down the throat to free up stuck engine. Looks to have sat outside in the woods for 20 years or more, not likely to have anything left of the floor or frame rails. In any case it is not worth anything near the asking price.

Ah ya beat me too it, saw this on this mornings bookmark cleanup.
Seen a lot of cars listed out of this Terrel TX, area so I thought I'd have a look around for this boneyard. Lookee what I found, mab'be this'll explain it!

69 and older intake. 4dr hardtop with A38 is an oddity.

1/2 hour with a pressure washer would make a world of difference. i wouldn't count this one out though. there must be a story behind the way it was ordered.

Can’t see the market for that kind of price. It’s an oddity but in bad shape.

Well, it does have a DNC on the windshield, wrecking yard term for "DO NOT CRUSH". Was also marked "Sold", probably a flipper hoping to make a quick buck.

That's such a unique car that whoever allowed the car to get to that state should be castrated.

Could have been a car left outside, without a tarp over it but was gathering crud as it sat years ago. The time got away, the owner got older, and you know how the story goes...

It's a police package car. Its a very common year and body style. I dont see why it couldnt be put back together. All it takes is the one guy that has to have it. If it was a Dodge I'd be on my way. Buts it's not so I'm not.

I agree, it could be brought back, problem is that the asking price is more than the car would be worth complete and running in #3 condition.

I paid a grand for this....no pedigree, no documentation, nothing special about it...

I don't get why lately everyone has to completely **** on every car posted here.

This forum is changing and it isn't in progression....
