rustoleum satin black provides a nice look. if you want it a little shinier , wax it when it is fully cured.

jb weld steel stik would work on the smaller holes. available at any hardware store.

power comes in one side of the fuse box, goes through the ammeter and to the other side of the fuse box. if you only have power on one side of the fuse box it is probably the ammeter or the connections at it.

it's been a while but the only crossmembers i recall are under the front seat. they are a heavier gauge metal and cleaned up ok on mine

i put floor pans from a 69 newport 2dr in my 69 fury convertible. the only difference was the the rear footwell area in the convertible was shorter.

you are going to have to remove the wheel. there are indents on the back side of the hub that hold all kinds of nastiness.
