The Lucas hotrod oil in 10w30 is what I have in three engines. Napa gold oil filters as well. It helps the local Napa has the Lucas in stock. Just did a cam break in on a 454 with a hyd flat tappet and all is well so far.

I ran them on my 70 Polara for years. No pics as that was a long time ago. Getting ready to install them on my 72 Newport. Made for 68-74 but haven't tried any outside of that year range.

I used a B body tank on my 70 Polara years ago. It allowed me tuck the second tailpipe between the tank and frame rails instead of hanging below them. So long ago I don't remember what it was from.

I won't say it was my first choice but everything else I had at home was too big for this application. The fact that it was rebuilt and ready to go at a very affordable price didn't hurt. Some day I will rebuild my edelbrock quadrajet with mopar linkage and use it.
