I believe Herb's (Herb's Parts - Mopar Restoration and Performance) has them and they're also available on Ebay.

Any solvent based chemical will generally work although some are more powerful than others. I'd call a tint shop to see what they use as it may save you some time and effort.

Hi Don. Do you have a preferred shipper in mind. I've never shipped anything this large and believe Fedex or UPS wouldn't be cost effective for an item that 80'x11''x7" and weighs 30lbs or so. Regards, Greg
