Don't forget about the Jeeps. I bought my '03 Wrangler about 4 years ago and now similar ones are selling for twice the price I paid. If I was a smart man I'd sell all of my toys while the prices are high.
I love that truck. A good friend of mine had a white one years ago. He sold it on a whim...
All of this reminded me of "Chickenhawk". An old racer from the '60s if I remember right, that had a twin turbo setup 20 years ago.
Sadly, it looks like she was lost about 10 years ago.
@C Body Bob If you decide to proceed with this Studebaker or any other, Studebaker International is the go-to source for parts. Studebaker International
Otherwise your stuck with "Studebaker guys" who are a dying breed now and rather hard to find, as you've seen. Very interesting cars but like...
I think I'd start here first. It seems like there are bearings (maybe bushings) that tend to wear out first. And of course it's under the engine (your arm will look different, the one pictured is for a power steering system)
I've never understood the mini truck craze, especially when they do extreme "body drops" like that. Looks like a pile of parts to me, kind of like a lot of the rat rods.
