First saw a 73 imperial with my Dad in a car dealership when i was 11.
always admired them, but rarely saw one.
I was in Las vegas with Dad in 1984. we stayed at an Aptly named hotel, the Imperial palace. They had a car collection (for sale) .
Saw a 72 Blue sky coupe there. It was later bought and imported to Ontario around 2001. I saw it for sale on Ebay in 2007, bought it and have been enjoying it since.
