Need help with fenders , how to take off, I've taken grill light surround and every other bolt off still won't come off. Helllpppp

Shade tree mech but very true to the body of these cars. Never worked on b4 but definitely a head scratcher. Need help in taking chrome and fenders off. Calpoly performance is helping with engine but body is giving me issues. Semi custom ima do with her. Location: Jeffersonville in
