Oh yeah, that's the same town in the modern picture. Must just be misty/hazy in the background which is why the mountains don't show.

This picture must have been made either in December, 1941 or January, 1942. Though that appears to be about a 1936 model car. Don't know which make.

It's a beautiful car! The only small change I would make if it were mine would be to remove the chrome header surround at the front edge of the hood and fender caps. I prefer the stock body color front end. But I realize Dodge made these an option because it made the car look more like it had...
