    Looking for a set ( LH and RH side) wheel well opening / fender lip / arch trim for a '77 Newport. Believe '74-'78 will fit.... this is trim for cars WITHOUT fender skirts.

    That has got to be a 1976 Newport. A 1977 has a tall grille and full width taillights like a '75 NYB, '76 Newport Custom and '78 Newport.

    Thanks, Mr C. I did not attach a ground, only the wiring that was on the column. Where does the ground usually attach? I didn't have any extra wires, so maybe it was removed or broken off before I got it.

    Finally got the column in. It wasn't too bad, except I didn't realize I had to take the entire lower dash out to do the job. That was a pain because then you have to remove the "floor air" duct, which is where I mounted my oil pressure gauge. The wheel has some bad cracks, Ill put a wrap on...
