That's on the pass side of the hood. some of the paint lifted, and moisture got underneath and lifted more. It looks worse than it is since I pulled a large chunk off to make sure that metal underneath was good, which is is.

Right? Makes me all the more annoyed that someone took a grinder to large portions of it for no apparent reason.

Now that I have the car sanded down to what is left of the original factory paint, (with the exception of some of the primer that I have found is just covering bare metal,) I decided to break out the wheel, and some high cut compound for no other reason then to see if it’ll take a shine.
