    Speedometer Not Working...

I think your problem is excesive play in the speedo gauge input bushing, and then, when you engage the cable and tight the nut, it push to the inside and blocks the speedo magnetic pick up against the frame. The odometer works because it´s gear driven and the speedo isn´t. It´s magnetic driven...

Hi. In my 64, I need to remove the speedo cable and the IP main wiring connector before. The steering column don´t need to be lowered too much. Only slack the nuts to get some play.

Too short. You need a longer one. Check it when you turn the wheels, and it must be just enought to not a hard bend.

Thank you for the warning. I don´t feel any vibration when hit the brakes soft, hard or hardest. Actually my feeling is when I´mm pushing the pedal at 100%, it´s like the 60-70% stoping power. I get the SSBC system in 2009-2010 or so, perhaps they were better than now.

Thank you man!!! Yes, I have the 4 piston calipers, and after re-check all the system several times, the pads/disc friction coeficient was the only doubt I had. I will try them.

Hi, what EBC pads you are using? I was thinking from some time that´s my problem with the SSBC fronts in my B-body.

Yes, but I don´t know that, because SSBC don´t answer my questions. :(

    Disc brake conversion kits

Hello all. My experience with the SSBC brakes kit isn´t still a good one. The tech service is not so good. I had the same scenario than Norweianmopar in my 66 Charger. Car stops in normal attent driving, but in a emergency I´m sure didn´t. I check all the points of possible fail. All apears to...

I´m thinking to do something like this, but with better heat dissipation mounting, adding an aluminium base to screw the module on it, or similar.

Really, that´s the better and simplest option for regular use and replacing if the module fail- @halifaxhops I have read the complete thread and very valuable info there. Thanks.
