    A bit late here, but no mention of slot cars? I used to love my 1/64th tyco set when I was a kid, always racing my brother or friends. I recently purchased some second hand scalextric, then got some new scalextric and some cars, now the spare room isn't spare anymore, its the slotcar room!

    that's what I think as well, It may still be the original lower control arms, to get the correct camber you really need to graft in a double a-arm setup, like a generic mustang II or similar

    I cant find pics of my repairs to the front window appature, but I tacked in the roof section, then made the window channel section, tacked it together in place, then cut the tack welds and remove the patch and weld it fully out of the car, then weld it back into the car. all my patches were...

    Plenty of hope for you mate, I have a 67 that was a horror story, and being located on the other side of the world from a parts supplier meant the best for me was to take a basic metal working course and get stuck into it!! I had heaps of real cool rust like this to fix in mine...

    don't know if my wallet has recovered from all the gas used!!, had a great time at beach hop tho, trying to sort accommodation for next year, but its hard to get a good place. had a photo shoot with nzv8 mag the other day in the Plymouth.
