    Power Steering Pump Snap Ring

Update: Received the rebuild kit from RockAuto today (Edelmann 7899) so I started the tear down. I’m a little worried about the end of the flow control valve where the circlip was jammed. The tip of the valve that was jammed is a little chewed up. Also, in the groove where the circlip sits...

    Power Steering Pump Snap Ring

Since I tend to take more things apart then I put back together, today I planned to take my reservoir off and replace the big main O-ring/seal. I also wanted to get a better look at the filler neck because I believe my reservoir leaks where the filler neck comes together with the reservoir body...

    4x10 dash speaker won’t fit

I ended up making one myself out of 1/4 MDF. Moving the left speaker to the right gave the dash panel enough room to seat correctly. I also am able to use the speakers I have rather than having to buy anything else new.

    4x10 dash speaker won’t fit

Thank you @bnz84 I’ll be in touch. I think I’m going to mess with the bracket some Or maybe find somewhere to 3D print a new one. I think if I can move speaker that’s in the way to the right some, it can work. Someone on Facebook 3D printed this one for use in his ‘68 Fury. Notice how close...

    4x10 dash speaker won’t fit

Car: 1967 Plymouth Fury III I tried installing two 3.5 inch speakers into the single front 4x10 location and it’s not going to work. I ordered a mount that is shaped like a 4x10 but holds two 3.5” speakers. https://www.classiccarstereos.com/hertz-dieci-dual-dash-mount-speakers-90-watts.html...

    1967 Plymouth Fury III 318

Oh, and I’m looking for the lower slider/roller that goes on the front channel of the rear quarter window. I looks like it’s the one that has the wheel on a swivel? Does anyone know the official name or part#? The first picture is looking up at the piece and the second is looking down at it.

    1967 Plymouth Fury III 318

I started with surface rust on the floorboards. I wire wheeled it down. Then a coat of Ospho followed by Magnet Paints Chassis Saver I also put down some new seam sealer. Then one layer or Siless 80mil sound deadening mat followed by one layer of Siless 157mil heat insulation closed cell foam...

    Steering Column Question

I have my steering column out, so I'm going to re-pack the lower coupling and I was thinking about prepping removing and painting the floor plate so it won't be rusty anymore. I was also thinking that I might as well replace the lower steering column bearing. I've been reading on pages 19-34-37...
