I understand the bumpers are different, are the valances different on the 1963 than a 1964

Just recently bought a 1964 Chrysler 300 and it needed a front clip so I bought a 1963 Chrysler Newport 4 door for the front clip. I moved all that over to my 300 and tried putting my 1964 bumper on and it won’t go on. Is the 1963 valance different than the 1964??
